About Dr. Susan Laduzinsky, M.D., M.S.:
Dr. Susan Laduzinksy is a board certified radiation oncologist at Memorial and St. Elizabeth’s Cancer Treatment Center in Swansea Illinois. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois (Chicago). Dr. Laduzinsky is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, and the American College of Radiology. Community-minded, Dr. Laduzinsky has been active in numerous cancer-related outreach efforts. Dr. Laduzinsky is a cancer survivor, who has been instrumental in developing additional programs and services at Memorial and St. Elizabeth’s Cancer Treatment Center.
About Amy Eliers, MSW, LCSW:
Amy Eliers, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist with over 10 years experience working with cancer survivors and their caregivers. Amy developed wellness programs for breast cancer survivors, and has educated healthcare professionals on the impact of cancer on mind, body and soul. She engaged in research with the Lance Armstrong Foundation regarding health and wellness after cancer treatment. She currently directs an outpatient program for older adults in the Alton, IL area.
About Ann Erce, Health Educator, Health and Wellness Coach:
Ann Erce has spent over 20 years in the Health & Wellness industry and was formerly the Director of Health Education/Promotion for the Grundy County Health Department .She is currently working for CIGNA Insurance|Onsite Health . She is licensed in Motherwell, Land, Water, Yoga & Stroller Exercise, Smoking Cessation, United States Water Fitness and Nationally Certified in Wellness, Worksite Wellness, NIMS (National Incident Management), disaster work along with other things.
About Beth Rubin, Ph.D. Director, SNL Online, School of New Learning, DePaul University:
Beth Rubin has been an educator for over 25 years and a martial artist for more than 30. She earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, where she studied job stress, burnout and organizational power. She currently works as an Assistant Professor and the Director of Online Learning at DePaul University's School for New Learning. She leads workshops for employees, managers and executives on a wide range of topics from diversity to managing stress.

Movement has been proven to help side effects and risks during and after cancer treatments. Regular exercise increases the sense of self -empowerment for both the patients and caregivers. It improves social integration and can make you feel good about yourself, while increasing endorphins & immune system. Many patients reported that exercise restored their mind, body & spirit during and after cancer treatments.
