Garlic Mashed Potatoes
3 cups of red new potatoes
2 tablespoons garlic, roasted
1 1/2 cups of skim milk
2 ounces of butter
1. In a small saucepot, add potatoes and fill with water.
2. Slowly boil potatoes for 30-40 minutes until potatoes slide off of a pairing knife.
3. In a large stainless steel bowl, add hot potatoes (drained), milk, butter, and roasted garlic. Mash together.
