Our facilities include a health and fitness center that offers a wide variety of options, including group exercise and yoga classes, a heated indoor swimming pool, Himalayan salt sauna, whirlpool, and fitness equipment.
At the Heartland, our programs are designed to get you moving. Whether you’ve been exercising for years, or are just starting out, there’s something for everyone here! Our instructors can help you challenge yourself while taking care of your body. Whether you want a more intense workout or you have physical health concerns, our instructors will help you participate in ways that are good for you.

Rise and Shine Yoga
A gentle yoga practice to start your day.
Total Body Conditioning
This class uses resistance tubing, body weight exercises, the ballet bar and/or fitness ball exercises to condition the whole body.
Wake-up Brain and Body
Awaken the body with stretching designed to prepare the muscles and joints for a day of movement accompanied by music selected to welcome the morning. Continue with Progressive Muscle Relaxation, self-massage, and Brain Gym exercises to stimulate whole-brain function.
